Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may extend slightly for quality and security verification.
Shipping Time
Standard delivery takes 6–12 business days, depending on your location.
Remote areas may require additional time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If tracking is not yet active, please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier to update the information.
Multiple Packages
To ensure faster delivery, items in the same order may ship separately.
This does not affect your shipping cost.

Incorrect Address

If an order is stuck in transit for more than 30 days, we will assist with a solution.
