Return Policy – Bekastores

We want you to love your purchase, and we work hard to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product:

  • Arrives damaged,

  • Arrives defective, or

  • Is significantly different from the description.

We do not accept returns due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong color or size chosen by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Customer misuse

  • “No longer needed”

Return Window
If eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Proof Required
To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photo/video of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will send a free replacement or store credit.
Refunds are approved only in exceptional cases.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items

  • Health or beauty products

  • Items that have been used or opened

Refunds
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only within 12 hours of being placed.
After processing begins, cancellations are not possible.
